How do I return an item?

Free returns for orders within Germany via Tattoobrands.de

Returns for all orders within Germany via Tattoobrands.de are free of charge. After delivery you have a period of 100 days (14 days for money refund) in which you can send your item back to us without giving any reason. If you return the product to us without prejudice during this period or if you want to exchange it you will not incur any additional costs.

Without prejudice to your statutory rights we voluntarily grant you the following right of return:
You can return goods purchased from us within 100 days of receipt of the respective goods provided that the goods are new (unused), paid for in full within the payment term and complete (including shoe box) and are in the same condition as theirs receipt and if neither of the two reasons for exclusion mentioned in the following paragraph apply. However, we do not grant you this right of return in relation to goods for which the statutory right of withdrawal is excluded. Furthermore this right of return can no longer be exercised for goods for which the statutory right of withdrawal has already expired prematurely at the time of return - i.e. not just by the expiry of the deadline. The goods must be sent back to the return address stated in the cancellation policy. To meet the return deadline it is sufficient to send the goods to this address before the return deadline has expired.

If you return goods after 14 days in accordance with our return policy we will refund the purchase price in the form of a credit in your customer account for your next order. In addition, when exercising this return guarantee, you bear the transport risk and the return costs. This return guarantee does not limit your statutory rights and therefore also does not limit your statutory right of withdrawal.

Let us know your bank details when paying by bank transfer or last name.

We always refund the purchase price to the payment method you selected when you placed your order. If you paid via PayPal we will take the reimbursement automatically
via PayPal. If you pay by Ebay or Amazon, we accept the reimbursement directly to you via the marketplace.

Further information on your return:

Please be extremely careful with the articles when trying on the articles, please do not treat the articles differently from what would be possible in a shop, for example. Please refrain from trying anything that could reduce the value of the goods.
Only try the items on a clean surface, for example in living rooms (the return of items worn outside is excluded!)
Do not remove any labels or stickers attached to the shoes
Send the shoes back together with the original shoe box, but NOT just in it. Please use outer packaging to protect the shoe box from damage and external influences.
Items to be returned should be in perfect condition (in the condition in which you received the item)

These points are not absolutely necessary in order to be able to effectively exercise your right of withdrawal, but this ensures quick, uncomplicated and simple processing. Furthermore, you are entitled to a full refund if the above points are observed.


How do I exchange an item?

Did an item not fit perfectly or would you like it in a different color?

You can see in the online shop whether the item is still available.

Exchange into another size:

Please enter the new shoe size on the return form which is in the package.

After receiving the return, we will automatically send you the new shoe size.

Exchange for a different color or a different item:

Unfortunately we cannot exchange the item directly. In this case you have to order your new article from us in the online shop.

Simply return the first order. We will automatically refund the purchase amount after we have processed your return.

When will I get my refund?

... after a return:

As soon as your return has been received and processed by our goods department, you will receive a confirmation of receipt. You will be automatically refunded the purchase amount within 14 days.

It can currently take a few days for your return to be processed. We therefore ask you to be patient.

... or in the event of a cancellation:

If you have canceled your order or an article is not available in exceptional cases, we will immediately refund the amount paid.

This is how the refund is made depending on the payment method:

Prepayment: You will receive the credit on the bank account from which you transferred. It can take several days for the credit to appear in your account.

Invoice: In the case of a return, the invoice amount is reduced by the returned items - please only pay for the items that you have kept.

If you have already paid the invoice and send something back, we will cancel the invoice with PayPal. It can take several days for the cancellation to be processed by PayPal.

Credit card: The credit will be returned to the credit card account charged by us. You can see the chargeback on your next credit card statement.

PayPal: The credit is made to the PayPal account you are using. You can decide yourself with PayPal whether the amount will be deposited in your PayPal account or returned to your bank account.

Apple / Google Pay: The credit is credited directly to your saved credit card
