How do I cancel or change my order that has already been placed?

If you want to cancel or change an order always use these words in the subject line. If your package is still with us it is no problem to cancel or change it. If your product is already in preparation for dispatch or on the way to you this is no longer in our area of responsibility so we ask you to accept the delivery and then send it back to us within the 100-day period. If this is a product change of cause we will send you a new package immediately.
