Shipping costs in Germany
Within Germany shipping is free from 50.00€ with the exception of the German Islands. 
- If the shopping cart value is less than 50.00€ we only charge 5.90€ shipping costs.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

We source all of our items from the USA for you directly from the manufacturer.

Once we have successfully received your order we will of course always get to work immediately. We order many items directly from manufacturers abroad. The exact delivery time can always be found in the item description. Because we work with "Deutsche Post" or DHL or DPD there may be slight delays because unfortunately it is not in our power to rush the courier service. In addition it may take a few days longer if the item you have ordered is no longer in stock but we will inform you about this on the product page.
There is also no processing or delivery on the weekends. If you placed your order on a Saturday or Sunday it will not be processed until the following Monday.

The current delivery time can be found in the description for each item.

Articles in the SALE and Giaro categories have a delivery time of 2-4 working days.


How do I exchange an item?

Did an item not fit perfectly or would you like it in a different color?

Exchange into another size:

Please enter the new shoe size on the return form which is in the package.

Exchange for a different color or a different item:

Unfortunately we cannot exchange the item directly. In this case you have to order your new article from us in the online shop.

When will I get my refund?

... after a return:

As soon as your return has been received and processed by our goods department, you will receive a confirmation of receipt. You will be automatically refunded the purchase amount within 14 days.

It can currently take a few days for your return to be processed. We therefore ask you to be patient.

If you have canceled your order or an article is not available in exceptional cases, we will immediately refund the amount paid.
